Today: 14 miles, 5 locks. Total distance: 759 miles.  Total locks: 492

Mild, some sun. Good t-mobile 3g reception here.

Pulled the pins around 09:00 and headed on down stream to Chertsey.

We are intending to spend 3 days on the river Wey and will be joining it first thing tomorrow morning. The license fee for the Wey is £26 for 3 days, £51 for 7 days and £77 for 21 days – we opted for the 3 day license as we may only go down as far as Guildford.

Mooring facilities seem to be much better down this part of the River.
