Location: Bosley Bottom Lock, Cheshire, Macclesfield Canal

Walked back to the shops beside the canal near bridge 74 to pick up the papers and a loaf of bread.
Pulled the pins around 09:45 and headed on northward. Arrived at Bosley bottom lock shortly after 11:00 and after looking at the heavy dark clouds we decided to moor up at the 48 hour visitor moorings and call it a day as we didn’t fancy going up the twelve lock flight in the rain.
This is a lovely mooring spot and is quite busy as there were about 8 boats already moored up here when we arrived.
We passed through some lovely countryside again today - it's as good as it gets.
