I have had a number of queries about the guestbook no longer being available on this site.

I started receiving entries in the guestbook that were adverts for pornographic sites, Viagra sales sites etc. It started as just one entry occasionally and ended up as half a dozen entries every night. The entries appeared to be posted by some automated process. Unfortunately, as I had no way of stopping the posts to the guestbook, I had no alternative but to remove it altogether. A sign of the times……..

If anyone would like to leave comments about this site, I am happy to start up a manual entry Guest Book - just email your comments to the address below.

Unfortunately, when I turned off the guestbook, I lost all of the entries that were in it. If I had thought about it at the time, I would have tried to copy the entries out and used them to start a manual address book.
